The Cosmos
Located on a 30 acre site in southwestern Scotland and only open for one day a year, the Garden of Cosmic Speculation was conceived and designed by Charles Jencks and Maggie Keswick. The gardens are a celebration of science and mathematics; engaging visitors in the origins of the universe, black holes, comets and the Fibonacci spiral.
According to Jencks, The Garden of Speculation "reveals the universe to be unbelievable, fantastic, provocative and surprising."
