Slow Sill Growing   Perhaps it is still too early to evoke images of sun and sand, but the winter has been harsh. A touch of the exotic sits on my windowsill - two lychee plants whose seeds were placed in pots last winter. Slow-growing specimens with an endless show of leaves changing hue from pink to green. This can be quite enough warming foliage to last the season.
